All orders are shipped via FedEx, DPD or InPost, providing fast and reliable worldwide delivery.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are assigned to individual products. Delivery time is stated in working days and is counted from the date of order placement to the date of dispatch of the ordered goods.
If an order includes products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time will apply to the entire order.
For backorder boards, the estimated lead time is from 1 to 6 weeks.
The estimated delivery date should be calculated by adding the product lead time to the shipping time.
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- courier delivery within Poland – 2 working days;
- courier delivery within the European Union outside Poland – 3 to 7 working days;
- courier delivery outside the European Union – 4 to 14 working days.
Delivery costs are borne by the customer.
Orders are processed and shipped on working days only.
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the value of the order.
Shipping Time
Orders placed and paid for before 10:00 a.m. are dispatched on the day the payment is registered in our bank account. This applies only to products marked as “Availability: in stock” and to orders shipped by courier.
