Alternative Heron LT is a longboard designed for dancing, freestyle, and creative riding full of smooth transitions, tricks, and effortless footwork. Its new construction offers an excellent balance of lightness, flex, and durability, making the Heron a great choice for both learning new sequences and dynamic urban riding.
The updated version features a lightweight bamboo core, surrounded by layers of hardwood and fiberglass. This construction improves the board’s responsiveness while maintaining strength and a pleasant flex. The ABS inserts in the tails and wheel wells have been removed, simplifying the structure and reducing the board’s weight.
The distinctive, stylish design of the Alternative Heron LT highlights its dynamic character and makes the board stand out both in motion and at rest.

Construction
The Heron longboard features an updated, lightweight construction built around a bamboo core, reinforced with hardwood laminates and fiberglass for a balanced mix of strength, flex, and responsive performance. This refined layup keeps the board light and lively underfoot, making it ideal for dancing, freestyle tricks, smooth transitions, and deep carving turns.
The new construction no longer uses ABS inserts in the tails or wheel wells, resulting in a cleaner structure and reduced overall weight. Combined with the top-mount truck system, the Heron delivers stable riding, improved maneuverability, and direct board control while maintaining the fluid feel needed for creative longboard riding.
